Create Custom Templates
WHAT IS IT?
Custom templates allow for Program Directors to build an email or text message template from the Parent Association level or the Branch Association level. Once created, these templates can be accessed in all programs under the Parent or Branches.
I WOULD LIKE TO...
CREATE A CUSTOM EMAIL TEMPLATE
1. Go to your Parent Association page or your Branch Association page
Note: Templates created under the parent level will be accessible at all branches under that parent. Templates created at the branch level will be accessible to all programs under that branch

2. Click the Send Messages tile
3. Click the Templates tab

4. To create a new template, click the Add New Custom Template button

5. Enter the E-Mail Subject, Template Name, and select the Template Category

6. Create your email template within the box provided. For tips on how to use our drag and drop features for creating impressive messages, click here.

7. Once you are satisfied with your template, click the Save Email Template button

CREATE A CUSTOM TEXT MESSAGE TEMPLATE
1. Go to your Parent Association page or your Branch Association page
Note: Templates created under the parent level will be accessible at all branches under that parent. Templates created at the branch level will be accessible to all programs under that branch

2. Click the Send Messages tile
3. Click the Templates tab

4. To create a new template, click the Add New Custom Template button

5. Enter the E-Mail Subject, Template Name, and select the Template Category
Note: The E-Mail Subject will not come through in your text message

6. Select Yes from the drop down next to Text Message Template?

7. Create your text template within the box provided
Note: The character limit for text messages is 600 characters

8. Once you are satisfied with your template, click the Save Text Message Template button
