InCare Dashboard on the Mobile App
WHAT IS IT?
The InCare dashboard allows Program Directors and staff to see, at a glance, the number of participants that have checked in for the day, checked out for the day, as well as a graphical overview of the time of day when high volume check ins/outs occur.

You can filter all data by selecting the branch and program
Data does NOT update automatically. Tap "Refresh Dashboard" to update all data in the dashboard
For example:
If two directors are checking in people on two separate devices, then the stats will have to be manually refreshed to see updated stats
The Check Ins pie graph shows the number of people checked in out of the total number of participants
The Holding group graphic beside Check Ins shows the number of people that are currently in the Check In Holding Group
The Check Outs pie graph shows the number of people checked out from the total number of people currently checked in.
The Holding Group graphic beside Check Outs shows the number of people that are currently in the Check Out Holding Group
Hourly Program Participants by Date
This graph displays data on how many participants are check into the program at any given hour. This graph can be useful to schedule staffing based on high volume check ins / outs
Note: The settings default to the current day but users can choose any date range through the dropdown
