Reporting

WHAT IS IT?

Through your management dashboard you have the ability to easily export all custom waivers and medical history reports for your camp program. On the management dashboard you can also add Emergency Contacts.  

EXPORT HEALTH AND MEDICAL HISTORY REPORT

1. Select a Program

2. Click the Participation Requirements tile

3. Click the Health History tab

4. Search for a specific participant in the online report

5. To view a participant's medical history form, click the Med Form button

6. To export all of your program's medical information, click the Health History Export tab

7. Set your Export Password

8. Click the Update Export Password button

9. Click the Export button next to each Group that you would like to Export records for

MANAGE EMERGENCY CONTACTS

1. Select a Program

2. Click the Participation Requirements tile

3. Click the Emergency Contacts tab

4. Search for a participant

 

5. Select the radio button next to the participant's name

6. Click the Manage Contacts button

7. Enter in Emergency Contact information

8. Click the Add Emergency Contact button

EXPORT CUSTOM WAIVERS

1. Select a Program

2. Click the Participation Requirements tile

3. Click the Exportable Reports tab

4. Select your waiver from the dropdown in the Custom Waiver/Release Export row

5. Select Start date of report

6. Select the Session in the next drop down if needed

7. Select Age

8. Click the PDF or CSV button to export in your desired format

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT EXPORT WEEKLY VIEW WITH MEDICAL INFORMATION

You can also use an export as a weekly check in/check out sheet with Medical Information like the example below:

1. Select a Program

2. Click the Participation Requirements tile

3. Click the Exportable Reports tab

4. In the InCare Group Rosters row, select the age and session from the drop downs if needed

 

5. Click the PDF button to export your report 

    Note: If you wish to include select participants in your report you can use the "Select Age if needed" or "Select session if          needed" drop downs. If you want your report to have Check In or Check Out columns, use the "Show Check In/Out                    Columns" drop down

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT EXPORT WEEKLY VIEW WITH AUTHORIZED PICKUPS

You can also use an export as a weekly check in/check out sheet with Authorized Pickups like the example below:

4. In the Manual Check In/Check Out row, select the Session for the program that you want a report for

5. Click the PDF or CSV button to export in your desired format
