Messaging Settings

WHAT IS IT?

PLAYERSPACE's dynamic messaging system allows for users to create engaging emails, templates and text messages to your coaches and families. 

ADD AN EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER TO A CARBON COPY LIST

1. From the account navigation menu in the upper right-hand corner, click on Account Management

2. On the General tab, scroll to the Carbon Copy List field. Enter the email address(es) you would like to add to your email carbon copy list. Separate each email address with a comma

3. Enter the phone number(s) you would like to add to your text message carbon copy list. Separate each phone number with a comma

4. Click the Update Account Settings button to submit your list

REVIEW OPT-OUTS AND BOUNCES REPORT

1. From the account navigation menu, click the Send Messages tile

2. Click the Opt-outs & Bounces tab

3. On this screen, you can view the Master Accounts that have opted out of email and text message correspondence and those that have emails that are bouncing. You can allow a user to receive email or text communication by sliding the Allow Emails toggle and/or the Allow SMS/Text toggle to Yes

4. If the E-mail address is correct but is shown as bounced, please contact the user. Reasons for a bounced email address include:

  • Email address is no longer in use

  • The domain is invalid (the text after the @ symbol)

  • The server was down at time of delivery

  • The user’s email settings do not allow delivery from PLAYERSPACE

 

5. Click the Update Settings button to save your changes

EMAIL SETTINGS AND PRIVACY

1. From the account navigation menu in the upper right-hand corner, click on Account Management

2. Click on the Email & Privacy tab

3. To change any email or privacy settings, switch the toggle to
Yes or No

 

4. Click Update Settings to save your changes

RECOVER PASSWORD

1. Go to www.playerspace.com. Click Sign In

2. Click the Forgot Password link

3. Enter your email address

4. Click the RESET PASSWORD button

Note: Your login credentials will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Please allow several minutes for delivery
