Users Are Not Receiving Emails 

WHAT IS IT?

There are several reasons why a user can not receive emails from the PLAYERSPACE platform. They may not be on your carbon copy list, they may have opted out of receiving emails or the user may not be able to access their account due to a forgotten password.

ADD AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO A CARBON COPY LIST

1. From the account navigation menu in the upper right-hand corner, click on Account Settings

2. On the General tab, scroll to the Carbon Copy List field. Enter the email address(es) you would like to add to your email carbon copy list. Separate each email address with a comma

3. Click the Update Account Settings button to submit your list

REVIEW OPT-OUTS AND BOUNCES REPORT

1. From the account navigation menu, click on Send Messages > Opt-Outs & Bounces

2. On this screen, you can view all of the Master Accounts associated with your program. You can allow a user to receive email communication by sliding the Allow Emails toggle to Yes

3. Click the Update Settings button to save your changes

4. If the E-mail address is correct but is shown as bounced, please contact the user. Reasons for a bounced email address include:
 

  • Email address is no longer in use

  • The domain is invalid (the text after the @ symbol)

  • The server was down at time of delivery

  • The user’s email settings do not allow delivery from PLAYERSPACE

EMAIL SETTINGS AND PRIVACY

1. From the account navigation menu in the upper right-hand corner, click on Account Settings

2. Click on the Email & Privacy tab

3. To change any email or privacy settings, switch the toggle to
Yes or No

 

4. Click Update Settings to save your changes

RECOVER PASSWORD

1. Go to www.playerspace.com. Click the Sign In link

2. Click the Forgot Password link

3. Enter your email address

4. Click the RESET PASSWORD button

5. Your login credentials will be sent to the e-mail address on file. Please allow several minutes for delivery
