Roster Management

WHAT IS IT?

Roster Management allows Program Directors to ensure organization of players and teams through unique tools such as the Player Lookup and the ability to hide rosters.

I WOULD LIKE TO...

HIDE ROSTERS

1. Go to your program page

2. Go to Teams > Hide Rosters

3. Click the teams that you want to hide rosters for

4. Click the Hide Rosters button

5. Click a team to show their previously hidden rosters

6. Click the Show Rosters button

    Note: Always ensure that you show rosters before a schedule is created so that all participants will be able to view their              roster and schedule

LOOK UP A PLAYER

1. To use the player lookup tool, select any program or association from your dashboard

2. Go to Players > Player Lookup

3. Enter in the search information in the fields

    Note: You only need to search a minimum of one field. For example, you can search James in the first name field and return      results for all players and parents named James

4. Select whether to search the program you have selected, or search All Programs in your association

5. Click the Search button

6. In the search results you can see if the account is a Sub-account (child) or Master Account (parent)

7. Click the Last 3 button to view the last 3 messages to this member

8. Click the History button to view your program history (if they have been transferred from a team etc.)

9. Click the Notes button to view and record notes for this account

10. Click the Edit or Set New Master Email to edit the account level information for this account

    Note: If your program is actively integrating from your member management system, this change should be accurately                reflecting on the registration

11. Click the Export Schedule to receive a printable version of this account's game schedule

12. Click the Manage Team button to manage the roster information for this current team
