VIEW ASSOCIATION SUCCESS REPORT

1. Go to your Parent Association

2. Go to Organization Management > Association Interactive Reports

    Note: You can also get to this page by clicking the grey Success Reports tile on your dashboard

3. From the Overview tab, you can view a snapshot of your entire Association's progress towards your goals and KPI's

​

            Key Success Indicators

                    › Contracted Participants: Total number of participants contracted with PLAYERSPACE association-wide or by                               application

                    › YTD: Total number of participants in PLAYESPACE for the calendar year

                    › % to Goal: A percentage calculation of YTD/Contracted Participants

​

            Key Engagement Indicators

                    › SMS Team: Total number of text messages sent through PLAYERSPACE messaging system by coaches or                                       instructors

                    › SMS Program: Total number of text messages sent through PLAYERSPACE messaging system by program                                     administrators

                    › Emails Team: Total number of emails sent through PLAYERSPACE messaging system by coaches or instructors

                    › Emails Program: Total number of emails sent through PLAYERSPACE messaging system by program                                               administrators. This does not include automated email triggers (weekly event reminders, automatic schedule                               notifications, etc)

                    › Total Parents: Total number of master accounts in PLAYERSPACE for your association. This number may be lower                         than your total contracted participants. If a parent has 3 children in your programs, this counts as 1 parent

                    › Parent Website Logins

                               › Ung: This number reflects your Total Parents that have logged in to their account on the web

                               › Avg: Mean of Unique Parent Logins

                               › Total: Sum of all Parent Logins for your association on the web  (Note: Mobile app opens are not counted                                     and will contribute to a much higher login number)

                    › App Downloads: Sum of all parents that have downloaded the PLAYERSPACE mobile app and logged in

                    › Media Uploads Team: Sum of media uploaded by coaches or parents to the team or program websites

                    › Media Uploads Program: Sum of media uploaded by program administrators

4. Through each application specific tab, you can view an overall snapshot of Key Performance and Engagement Indicators at        the individual program level

          1. Filter by reporting period and sort by branch, sport, or use a keyword search to find the program that you want to                       view metrics for

​

          2. Export the engagement report by clicking the yellow Export as CSV button

 

          Success Metrics

                  › Colored Percentage Tiles

                          › Sports: % of division with schedules published/total divisions

                          › SwimWins: % of evaluated participants to total participants

                          › GymWins: % of evaluated participants to total participants
