Add/Manage Instructors

WHAT IS IT?

Through SwimWins, you can easily add instructors to your swim classes, sub-divided classes, and add substitute instructors to your instructor list.

ADD/MANAGE INSTRUCTORS

1. Before assigning instructors to programs, you will first need to add them to the Master List. To add them to your Master List, from your Branch Association page click the navigation icon

2. Go to Branch Management > Add/Manage Instructors

3. To add an Instructor, click on the Add Instructor Manually dropdown

4. Fill out Instructor Information

5. Click the Submit button

    Note: To add more than one Instructor at a time click the Add Row button

6. Your instructor will now be on your Master list and available to assign to classes within your swim sessions. To manage your Master List, click on the checkbox next to their name

7. Choose the action from the drop-down menu

 

8. Click the Submit button

ASSIGN INSTRUCTORS

1. To assign instructors to swim classes, go to your Swim Program page

2. Click the Assign Instructors tile

3. Select one or more instructors for assignment

    Note: You can use the search bar to find a specific instructor on your master list

4. Select one or more classes to assign instructors

    Note: You can use the search bar to find specific classes

5. Select the Instructor Type as Head Instructor or Assistant Instructor

    Note: You can only have one Head Instructor per class

6. Select whether you wish to notify them by email of their class assignment or choose to send out later

    Note: The email is autogenerated and includes the instructor's login information and class                                 assignments

7. Click the Add Instructor to Class button
