WHAT IS IT?
Volunteers can view and sign up for opportunities within your organization by going to your PLAYERSPACE website

COMPLETE A TRAINING COURSE
1. To complete your prerequisites, click on the Prerequisites tab

2. Click the Launch Course button

3. Complete the course

4. Once the course is completed, close your tab and refresh your PLAYERSPACE page
5. Click the View Certificate button to view a copy of your certificate

Sign up for Volunteer Opportunities
WHAT IS IT?
Volunteers can view and sign up for opportunities within your organization by going to your PLAYERSPACE website

SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
1. To apply to volunteer visit your branch or association website
2. Click the Coaches & Volunteers tab
3. Click the Apply to Volunteer button

4. To view the volunteer opportunities that are available at each branch, click the Volunteer Opportunities button
Note: Here you will see a list of all the branches and the positions that are available

5. You can then click Apply to Volunteer

6. Click Register

7. Sign in or Create Your Account

8. Fill out the required Background Check Application

9. You will then be directed to complete all requirements in order to be eligible to participate in programs
10. To fill out required participation requirements for your volunteer opportunity, visit your coaching and volunteer portal

11. The assignments page will show the programs that you have applied for

UPLOAD A DOCUMENT
1. To complete your participation requirements, click on the Participation Requirements tab

2. Click More Info to be directed to the assigned course

3. Click the Click here hyperlink to visit the link of the course or online document

4. To upload your course certificate or completed document, click the Upload button

5. Click the Choose File button

6. On a Mac, select the file and click Open

6. On a PC, select the file and click Open

7. Click the Submit Changes button

8. Click the View Certificate button to view a copy of your certificate

SIGN UP FOR VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
1. To apply to volunteer visit your branch or association website

3. Click the Apply to Volunteer button

7. Enter your information to Sign in or Create Your Account
8. Click the Continue button

9. Confirm your name by clicking the I Certify the Name Displayed Above is my Name button
10. Fill out the required Background Check Application
11. Click the Submit Questionnaire button when finished

12. Click the I wish to continue button to confirm

13. You will then be redirected to your PLAYERSPACE profile, where you can begin filling out your Participation Requirements

COMPLETE REQUIRED PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
1. To access your participation requirements, click your name in the top-right corner
2. Select Participation Requirements from the dropdown

3. To fill out a participation requirement, click the Fill Out & Post button next to the participation requirement

4. Record your digital signature in the box provided
5. Click the Save Signature button

6. Enter responses to required questions where prompted
7. Click the Apply Your Signature button to sign the form where prompted

8. Click the Save and Submit Form button
