$1 per registration charged for participants only.

• Parents, Fans, Coaches, Counselors, Staff, and Volunteers are FREE

• Mobile App - FREE for all users

• Unlimited Use and Admins

Example:  A parent registers their child for 4 programs in a year.  The total PLAYERSPACE fee for that child would be $4.

 

Annual Fee = Total Registrations multiplied by $1.00

ADDITIONAL FEES

PLAYERSPACE does not charge any additional fees for set up, training, implementation or integration.

NOTE:
 

• Some Member Management Systems (MMS) may have integration fees

• Background Check fees apply for YMCAs who elect to use RiskMGT with BIB Integration

HOW DO MOST YMCAs JUSTIFY THE FEE?

 

The number one problem most YMCAs face with their programs is communication.  Parents and Participants need it and they're happy to pay $1 additional per program to get it.  Most YMCAs:

 

• Simply add $1.00 to their registration fees
