Coach's Corner

WHAT IS IT?

From the Coach's Corner you can view your team roster, team schedule, record evaluations, and message your teams.

VIEW YOUR SCHEDULE

1. Sign into your account here using the email address provided to your director

2. To view your full schedule of games, click the Schedule tab

    Note: If you do not see any schedules, your director may not have assigned a team to you. Please contact your director.

3. You can sort your Schedule by Upcoming, Past, or All Events

4. Select a specific program or view all assignments by clicking the All Programs dropdown

5. To see your schedule as a calendar, click the Calendar View tab

6. Click the Sync Calendar tab to sync your calendar to your mobile device or other platform

VIEW AND MANAGE TEAM ROSTER

1. To view your roster, click the Roster button next to your team

2. To print or save a PDF of your roster, click the Export Roster button

3. To email each team member individually, click the Email button

4. To add a fan to your team, click the Add Player/fan/coach button

5. Enter the fan's First and Last Name

6. Select whether the Fan is a Parent/Guardian of any players

7. In the Type dropdown, select Fan

8. Enter the E-Mail address associated with the fan

9. Click the Search button

10. To add this player as a fan, click the Add button associated with their Master Account

11. Click the Add to Team button

VIEW AND SEND MESSAGES TO YOUR TEAM

1. To send messages to your team, click the Message button next to the team

2. Enter the Subject of your message

3. Choose the Message Type

  • Inbox and Email - Message will be sent to both the recipient's PLAYERSPACE inbox and personal email address

  • Inbox and Text - Message will be sent to both the recipient's PLAYERSPACE inbox and provided mobile phone number

  • Inbox, Text, and Email - Message will be sent to all three destinations

4. Type the body of your message

5. Click on one of the yellow buttons to insert a Deep Link. The link will be inserted into your message where your cursor is placed.

6. To send your message, click  the Send Message to Team button

    Note: Recipients will be able to reply to your messages through their PLAYERSPACE account. These replies will go to your          PLAYERSPACE inbox

7. To view your messages, click the Mailbox Icon in the upper right hand corner of your account
