User Audit Trails

WHAT IS IT?

The User Audit Trail tracks actions performed by users in their PLAYERSPACE accounts, such as adding emergency contacts, forms and waivers, etc. 

BRANCH LEVEL USER AUDIT TRAIL

Note: Viewing the User Audit Trail from the branch page enables you to see the audit trail for users in all programs under            the branch.

1. From your branch page, click the navigation icon

2. Click User Audit Trail

3. To mark an item as Reviewed, click the check box next to the item

4. Click the Mark Reviewed button

PROGRAM LEVEL USER AUDIT TRAIL

Note: Viewing the User Audit Trail from the program page will only show user activity for that program

1. From your program page, click the navigation icon

2. Click User Audit Trail

3. To mark an item as Reviewed, click the check box next to the item

4. Click the Mark Reviewed button

USER AUDIT TRAIL EMAILS

Note: Adding the Account/Waiver Data Auditor role to an admin's account allows them to receive an email every hour with                   updates to the User Audit Trail for the programs for which they have admin permissions. The emails begin sending out               seven days prior to the start of the program(s) that are assigned to them.

1. From your branch page, click the Users & Members tile

2. To enable User Audit Trails for an existing admin, click the Edit button next to their name

    Note: If the user is not currently an admin, add them by clicking the Add User button and then apply the proper user                             permissions and access to programs.

3. Click the Roles tab

4. Click the check box next to Account/Waiver Data Auditor

4. Click the Submit button
