Email Emergency Contacts

WHAT IS IT?

With the PLAYERSPACE messaging system, you have the ability to easily send a message to all Emergency Contacts that are listed for program participants.

I WOULD LIKE TO...

EMAIL EMERGENCY CONTACTS

1. Click the Send Messages tile

2. Click the Email Emergency Contacts tab

3. Type the message subject in the box

4. Click the check box next to the programs that contain the Emergency Contacts you want to email

​

5. Create your message using the messaging editor
