Check In & Check Out Via Mobile App
WHAT IS IT?
The PLAYERSPACE Mobile App is the best tool for you to manage the Check In and Check Out process for your camp or child care program. Within the app you will be able to search for a person by scanning a QR code, searching by group, name, and phone number and record a digital signature during Check Out.

The PLAYERSPACE mobile app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Please click the button below for your preferred app store.
DIRECT CHECK IN
1. After logging into your account, tap the Childcare tile

2. Tap the green Check In tile

3. Select your Branch if applicable

4. Select your Program

5. Search for the person you wish to check in
Note: You can scan a unique QR code, search by phone number, by name or by group

6. Tap the photo of the person being checked in
7. Tap the Check In Now button

8. Tap the CHECKED IN tab to view a list of the people who have been checked in as well
as their information
Note: Tap the name of the person to view their Profile, Contact Info, Medical Information,
Emergency Contacts and Notes

CHECK IN WITH HOLDING GROUP
1. Search for the person you wish to send to the holding group
Note: You can scan a unique QR code, search by phone number, by name or by group
2. Tap the photo of the person being checked in
3. Tap Send to Holding Group

4. Tap the Holding Group tab
5. Tap the photo of the person in the holding group
6. Tap the Check in Now button
Note: If you require a signature for Check In, this setting can be enabled by contacting
a PLAYERSPACE representative

as their information

program

7. Tap the person associated with the guardian
8. Tap Check Out Now

9. Capture the signature of the Guardian or Authorized Pick Up

10. Tap the CHECKED OUT tab to view a list of people who have been checked out as well
as their information
