Participation Requirements

 

WHAT IS IT?

The Participation Requirement section of LeagueMVP makes managing form and waivers a breeze.

MANAGE UPLOADS

1. From the program page, click the navigation icon

2. Click Manage Uploads

3. Click the Open/Close button to view the quick report for participation requirements

4. To send a reminder to parents to complete participation requirements, check the box next to the player's name

    Note: If players have a "cancel" symbol next to their names (as seen next to the bottom nine individuals in the screenshot below), this means that they have completed all participation requirements and do not need a reminder sent. 

5. Click the Send Reminder button

FORM AND WAIVER SETTINGS

1. From the program page, click the navigation icon

2. Click Form & Waiver Settings

3. Select the Immunization Expirations from the drop-downs next to each vaccine

    Note: This is the amount of time that the immunization is valid. For example - if a tetanus shot needs to be received every                     four years, you would set the Immunization Expiration to four years. 

4. Select the Immunization Age Minimums from the drop-downs next to each vaccine

    Note: This is the minimum age requirement. For example - if only children over the age of 12 are required to have a tetanus                 shot, you would set the Immunization Age Minimum to 12 years. This would only make the immunization required for                 children twelve years old and over. 

5. Use the drop-down to choose whether the immunizations are required

6. When you are satisfied with the settings, select Yes from the drop-down 

    Note: Changing this setting to Yes will enable the participation requirements in your parents' accounts and notify them to      complete the requirements. Do not change this setting to Yes until you are confident your forms and waivers are ready. 

7. Click the Update Settings button to apply your changes

COACH APPLICATION STATUS

1. From the program page, click the navigation icon

2. Click Coach Application Status

3. The report shows each coach's status on their background checks and participation requirements

    Note: There are column headers for each of the required participation requirements that need to be completed by the coaches for eligibility. Under the BCheck (Background Check) column, the clock symbol means the check is pending and the check mark symbol means that the background check has been cleared. Under the participation requirements columns, the check mark means the participation requirement has been completed and the X symbol means the participation requirement has not yet been uploaded.

4. To send a reminder to coaches to fill out participation requirements, click the checkbox next to their names
