WHAT IS IT?
The PLAYERSPACE app allows you to tag individuals and write captions for your photos and videos during upload. When a participant is tagged in a media post, the owner of the parent account can view media in which their child has been tagged.

The PLAYERSPACE mobile app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Please click the button below for your preferred app store.
HOW TO TAG PHOTOS AND WRITE CAPTIONS
1. From the home screen, tap the Programs tile

2. Select the program that will contain the uploaded media

3. Tap Media from the menu

4. Select the album that will contain the uploaded media
5. If you want to create a new album, tap the gear icon in the lower right-hand corner and follow the screen prompts

6. Select the type of media (photo or video) you will be uploading
7. To begin the caption and tagging process, tap the camera icon in the lower right-hand corner

8. Choose which option you want to use for uploading your media. The Take a photo option allows you to take a live photo from your device's camera. The Choose from the gallery option allows the app to access the media already stored on your device.
Note: You will need to grant access to your camera and gallery in order to begin the upload process.

9. When adding media from your gallery, select the appropriate album that contains your media

10. Select the media from the album you want to upload. You can select multiple photos at a time, but videos have to be upload one at a time
Note: If you upload more that one photo, the caption and tags that you apply in the following steps will apply to ALL photos in the mass upload
11. When you have select the photo and video you want to upload, tap the Done link

12. To write a caption for the media, tap into the Write Caption Here... box and type your caption
Note: Captions and tagging are optional. To upload your media without a caption or tags, tap the "Cancel" link
13. To begin tagging people, tap the Tap Here to Tag People button

14. When you tap on the Tap Here to Tag People button, a menu will appear on the right-hand side of the screen
You can locate a participant by typing in the Search By Name field
15. Additionally, you can scroll through the list to locate a person you wish to tag. To tag a person, simply tap their name. If you want to deselect, tap the name you want to remove from the tag.

16. Your tagged person will now appear in the gray box. To tag additional people, tap the Tap Here to Tag People button again
To delete a tag, simply click the "X" in the upper right-hand corner of the tag
17. Once you are satisfied with your caption and tag, tap the Submit link

18. After the upload process has completed, your media will display in your album

HOW TO VIEW TAGGED MEDIA
1. When someone tags anyone in your parent account, you can view the tagged photos in the Media section of the app
From the home screen tap the Media tile

2. Tap on the My Tagged Media tile

3. You can view all of the photos and videos that have been tagged to your account here. To view captions and a larger version of the media, simply tap the photo or video.

4. The caption for the photo or video is located at the bottom of the screen
