Program Message History
WHAT IS IT?
Program Message History and Coach/Instructor/Counselor Message History are reports that allow you to view opens and click rates by recipients of messages sent out through PLAYERSPACE from a Program Director level and a Coach/Instructor/Counselor level.

PROGRAM MESSAGE HISTORY

1. Select a Program

2. Click the Send Messages tile

3. Click the Program Message History tab

4. Click the View button to view the message history

5. In this report, you can view the open and click data for all of the recipients of the message. To search for a specific recipient, use the search bar in upper right-hand corner of the report section.

COACH/INSTRUCTOR/COUNSELOR MESSAGE HISTORY

Note: Coaches, instructors, and counselors have the ability to message your groups and teams. Contact info@playerspace.com for help disabling this feature

3. Click the Coach Message History tab

Note: In Swim programs, this tab will be labeled Instructor Message History

Note: In Camp programs, this tab will be labeled Counselor Message History

4. Click the View button to review the message history

5. On this page, you can view the message that was sent by the coach, instructor, or counselor
