Process Program Wide Schedule
WHAT IS IT?
From the Coach's Corner you can view your class roster, class schedule, record evaluations, and message your classes.
I WOULD LIKE TO...
PROCESS SCHEDULE PROGRAM WIDE
1. After new classes are added or downloaded into your session, the schedule will need to be processed for these new classes. To begin processing program-wide schedules, go to your Swim Session Program Page
2. Go to Groups > Class Schedules

3. You can schedule by class or by group by selecting the time and location for those classes.
Note: PLAYERSPACE recommends processing your schedule program-wide
4. Click on the Schedule Program Wide tab
Note: By processing your schedule through this Program Wide tab, the schedule data from your MMS will automatically populate and locations will automatically adjust accordingly. Ensure that all of the data is correct and make changes as necessary by adding or removing a day or adjusting the time in those fields.
5. Click the Process Program Wide Schedule button to run your schedule batch
