Participation Requirements

 

WHAT IS IT?

The Participation Requirement section of SwimWins makes managing forms and waivers a breeze.

MANAGE UPLOADS

1. From the program page, click the navigation icon

2. Click Manage Uploads

3. Click the Open/Close button to view the quick report for participation requirements

4. To send a reminder to parents to complete participation requirements, check the box next to the player's name

5. Click the Send Reminder button

FORM AND WAIVER SETTINGS

1. From the program page, click the navigation icon

2. Click Form & Waiver Settings

3. Select the Immunization Expirations from the dropdowns next to each vaccine

4. Select the Immunization Age Minimums from the dropdowns next to each vaccine

5. Use the dropdown to choose whether the Immunizations are required

6. When all settings are just as you would like, select Yes from the dropdown 

    Note: Changing this setting to Yes will enable the participation requirements in parents accounts and notify them to                               complete them. Do not change this setting to Yes until you are confident your forms and waivers are ready. 

7. Click the Update Settings button to apply your changes
