Statistics and Standings
WHAT IS IT?
Coaches and Admins can use the Statistics and Standings features in LeagueMVP to track game scores, enter player statistics, and export scoresheets. Stats and scores are easily shared with parents so everyone can track team and player progress.
I WOULD LIKE TO...
RECORD LEAGUE SCORES AND STATS
1. Within your program, click the navigation icon in the top-left corner

2. Click Record League Scores & Stats

3. Click in the box and select the game dates that you want to enter scores for
4. Click in the boxes to Filter by play locations, division, and/or team (optional)
5. Click the Filter button

6. To record game scores, enter the scores in the boxes under the Home_Score and Visitor_Score columns
7. Click the Update Games button

8. To record game statistics, click the Stats button
Note: The stats will be specific to the program you are working in. For example, a basketball program will have basketball specific stats.

9. Enter the numbers for the statistics in the boxes
Note: Hover over the column name to see what the abbreviation stands for
10. Click the Update Stats button

SCOREKEEPERS
1. Within your program, click the navigation icon in the top-left corner

2. Click Scorekeepers

Note: The Scorekeeper list will have all admins of the program on it. To add an additional person to the scorekeeper list, they must either be the master account of a player in the program or a fan of the program. To add someone that is not a parent or on the fan list, you must first add them as a fan.
3. To add a master account or fan as a scorekeeper, type their name in the search fields
4. Click the Search button

7. To remove a scorekeeper from the list, click the Remove Scorekeeper button

TEAM STANDING SETTINGS
1. Within your program, click the navigation icon in the top-left corner

2. Click Team Standing Settings

3. Set the Point Value Assignments for wins, losses, and ties
Note: For an explanation of how Point Value Assignments work, scroll over the (?) symbol
4. Use the dropdown to turn Automate Standings Processing ON or OFF
5. After changing the Automate Standings Processing status, click the Apply Standing Defaults button
6. Use the radio buttons to designate how you want your standings to be calculated
7. Click the Use Selected Settings button

EXPORT SCORESHEETS
1. Within your program, click the navigation icon in the top left corner
Note: The scoresheet will be specific to the type of sports program you are working in

2. Click Export Game Schedules

3. If you would like to export the scoresheet by division, select the division from the Select a division dropdown
Note: If you would prefer to export scoresheets program wide, use the Program Wide Score Sheets row below
4. Choose whether you would like the Vertical Layout or Horizontal Layout Scoresheet

5. Click the PDF button next to the Division Score Sheets row or the Program Wide Score Sheets row to print the respective document
